SMP, Ltd., appeals a final judgment of interpleader. It brings this appeal to challenge an earlier, nonfinal order which granted a summary judgment on SMP's counterclaim against Syprett, Meshad, Resnick & Lieb, P.A. (the law firm), as the escrow agent holding certain securities involved in a business transaction.
