On January 20, 1981, a contract was finalized between Cleveland Wrecking Company (Cleveland) and Contractors and Engineers, Inc. (C & E) in which Cleveland agreed to perform demolition and strip-out work on the Sheridan Plaza Apartments (Sheridan Plaza). While the contract identified the owner of the Sheridan Plaza project as the Egidi Group, title to the real property was in the name of Central National Bank...
