Mark A. Davis was convicted of first-degree murder, robbery, and grand theft. The jury recommended the death penalty by a vote of eight to four, which the trial judge imposed. Appellant appeals his murder conviction and death sentence.1 We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.
