Cook, appeal from separate judgments of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Brennan, J.) granting summary judgments for the plaintiff, Robert P. Bahre, on his complaints to recover amounts due on promissory notes executed by the defendants in conjunction with an agreement to dissolve the general partnership of the parties and on the defendants...
