Jorge Luis Levy, appellant, pled guilty to the offense of aggravated sexual assault, without the benefit of a plea bargain agreement with the State. The trial court found appellant guilty, assessed punishment at six years confinement, and suspended imposition of the sentence, placing appellant on probation for six years.
