Appellant, Doris Gean Stevens, was convicted by a jury for the offense of illegal investment of funds to further the commission of the offense of aggravated possession of marihuana. Formerly Tex.Rev.Civ. Stat.Ann. art. 4476-15, § 4.052(a)(2) (Vernon Supp.1989) (now codified at Tex. Health 481.126 (Vernon Pamph.1991).
