Joy Williams Kitchen appeals from a Declaratory Judgment action which sought a determination that a contract for a certain certificate of deposit created a joint tenancy with right of survivorship account, whereby the deposit would be owned by Kitchen after the death of the joint depositor. The trial court held that the deposit was not a joint tenancy with right of survivorship...
