OPINION

BENAVIDES, Justice.

Kermit Olson, D/B/A Olson Plastering Company, appeals a summary judgment in favor of Central Power & Light Company (hereinafter "CP & L") in CP & L's suit for statutory indemnity under the Texas Public Utilities Act.1 Olson raises seven points of error, all related to the relationship between the Texas Public Utilities Act and the Texas Workers' Compensation Act2
