APODACA, Judge.

Defendant, a psychologist, appeals his jury convictions on four counts of second degree criminal sexual penetration (CSP II) and five counts of third degree criminal sexual penetration (CSP III). The indictment charged that defendant committed CSP II or CSP III on three adult patients.
