Plaintiff Gary Hatch appeals from a Superior Court order (Lincoln County, Lipez, J.) affirming the District Court's judgment in a divorce action (Wiscasset, MacDonald, A.R.J.). Preliminarily, plaintiff argues that the District Court erred in determining that his request for findings of fact and conclusions of law should not have been treated as filed within the time limits specified in M.R.Civ.P. 52.
