Norman Alan Hardman appeals the district court's affirmation of the magistrate court's judgments of conviction for the crimes of obstructing and delaying a peace officer and failure to produce proof of liability insurance. We vacate the judgment of conviction for obstructing a peace officer because Hardman was denied his right to counsel and we remand for further proceedings on that charge.
