Appellant, RLI Insurance Company, seeks to set aside an $8,002,178.15 judgment entered August 11, 1989, in the Circuit Court of LaFayette County in favor of appellee, Jackie Sue Coe. Appealing from the trial court's denial of its Motion for Relief from Judgment and its Motion for New Trial, appellant makes four assignments of error. We find no merit in any of the arguments presented and affirm.
