BROWN, Justice.
The appellant Donald Mobbs appeals from his conviction on six counts of incest, which resulted in consecutive sentences of ten years on each count, for a total of sixty years, and a fine of $30,000. He further appeals from the circuit court's denial of his petition for post-conviction relief under Ark.R.Crim.P. 36.4, which was then in effect, on grounds of ineffective assistance of counsel.
