This order concerns personal jurisdiction and venue. The individual defendants in this case, Charles and Lisa Duckworth, argue that this Court does not have personal jurisdiction over them, and they ask the Court to dismiss the complaint. The Court DENIES this motion. In the alternative, the defendants argue that it would be more convenient to litigate this matter in Nashville, Tennessee, and so they seek transfer of this case...
