HERSEY, Judge.

A group of physicians formed a self-insurance trust as a means of coping with the escalating cost of professional malpractice insurance. Because of certain matters in controversy some of the physicians later brought an action against the trust, seeking rescission on the basis of fraud, damages for breach of contract, and other relief. The trial court found in favor of the trust on the bulk of these claims and three of the physicians filed this appeal...
