OPINION

WOODS (Fred), J.

A father appeals from the order declaring his minor sons to be dependents of the court pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section1 300. Appellant asserts that the court made many errors in ruling on the dependency petition of the department of children's services (DCS). We affirm.
