Several employees of Touro Infirmary filed suit for wrongful discharge after they were terminated. Touro filed an exception of no cause of action and a motion for summary judgment. Touro attached an affidavit from Brenda Albarado, its Employee Relations Manager, who stated that the plaintiffs were at-will employees who had no contract for a fixed term.
