Plaintiff, Augusta Cox, brought an action against defendant, Alan Kaufman, M.D., and codefendants, William V. Garvin, D.O., and Donald G. Pelino, D.O., seeking recovery for personal injuries allegedly sustained as a result of negligent medical treatment by them. The circuit court dismissed plaintiff's claims against defendant Kaufman, finding that she had failed to bring suit within the applicable limitations period...
