Defendant appeals her conviction for possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(4)(b), after trial to the court on stipulated facts following the denial of her motion to suppress evidence seized during a search of her residence. She argues that the affidavit in support of the search warrant was insufficient and that the police violated the "knock and announce" rule when they executed the warrant.
