The appellant, John McGalliard, was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree and sentenced to seven years imprisonment and a $2,000 fine.

On appeal, he argues that the Arkansas Criminal Code's definition of "sexual contact" is unconstitutionally vague and that there was insufficient evidence to support the verdict. We disagree with both arguments and affirm.
