This is a breach-of-contract diversity case in which the plaintiffs — Dr. Gopal Potti, Kamala Potti, and their two minor children — were awarded almost $860,000 following a jury trial. Defendant Duramed Pharmaceuticals ("Duramed") appeals the judgment and the plaintiffs cross-appeal the District Court's denial of prejudgment interest. For reasons that follow, the judgment of the District Court is vacated and the case is REMANDED...
