Gilberto U. Arrellano, appellant, was denied unemployment benefits by the Texas Employment Commission upon the Commission's finding that appellant left his last work with Holguin Bros, voluntarily without good cause connected with his work. Mr. Arrellano appealed to the district court which granted the TEC's motion for summary judgment.
