The Attorney General brought a ninecount presentment in this Court against attorney Alan Rosenfeld, alleging that he violated the Code of Professional Responsibility. The alleged violations were in connection with three civil cases in which he represented a party in litigation, and a case in which he was a pro se plaintiff.
