Leon Mitchison appeals from a judgment dismissing his wrongful termination suit against Houston Independent School District ("HISD"). In twelve points of error, Mitchison claims the trial court erred in (1) failing to file findings of fact and conclusions of law, (2) dismissing his cause of action because he failed to exhaust his administrative remedies, and (3) refusing to consider his motion for partial summary judgment on the merits...
