Plaintiff, Hi-Tek Consulting Services, Inc. (Hi-Tek), brought this action against defendants, Max Bar-Nahum and Amoco Corporation, formerly Standard Oil Company of Indiana, alleging that defendant Amoco had tortiously interfered with plaintiff's contractual relationship with Bar-Nahum and had breached its agreement not to hire or solicit the employment of Hi-Tek's employees.
