This is an appeal from the second jury verdict entered in this eminent domain action filed by the plaintiff, the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (the Tollway), to acquire property owned by the defendants (the Dickes) in connection with the construction of I-355, the north-south tollway. The property is located east of, and adjacent to, the alignment of the north-south tollway, 356 feet north of 75th Street...
