In this discovery mandamus, we consider the duration of the attorney work product privilege. Relator Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corporation was ordered by Respondent, the Honorable Neil Caldwell, to produce some 11,000 pages of documents which Owens-Corning alleges are privileged. Owens-Corning requested mandamus relief from this order of the trial court, and the court of appeals, without opinion, denied the motion for leave to file petition...
