The Grand Prairie Independent School District and the City of Grand Prairie appeal from a summary judgment in favor of Heller Financial, Inc.1 and a final judgment in favor of Southern Parts Imports, Inc. and Southern Volks, Inc. (collectively referred to as Southern Volks) and Steven Larkin (the president of the Southern Volks entities). We dismiss the school district's appeal for want of jurisdiction...
