("PPI") appeals from the judgment of the district court entered after a directed verdict in favor of defendants, E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company ("Du Pont"), the Parkersburg-Marietta Contractors Association ("PMCA"), BorgWarner Chemical, Inc.
