Defendant, Robert Allen Votava, appeals from his convictions and sentences on two counts of criminal sexual assault against his daughter. In the first count of the criminal information, the defendant was charged with sexual penetration of the victim, who was under 16 years of age, in that he placed his penis in her mouth in June 1988, in violation of section 12-13(a)(3)...
