This appeal concerns a prisoner suit in which an inmate attacks the constitutionality of Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections (Department) Regulation No. 30-25, permitting guards within the Department's facilities to strip search inmates without the requirement of reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Appellant contends this regulation violates his right to privacy under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the United States Constitution...
