The law firm of Bartley, Parkhurst, Hession and Schroeder (the Parkhurst firm) was employed on a contingent-fee basis by Deborah Oughton (wife and guardian of Phillip Edward Callahan) to represent her in all matters arising from her husband's automobile accident.
