Michael Dale Spradlin was found guilty by a jury of robbery, rape and second degree kidnapping. For the robbery and rape offenses he received life sentences, each with a minimum period of thirty years' incarceration, and he received a twenty-five year sentence, with a fixed period of twenty-four years, for the kidnapping conviction.
