Appellant Sadie Mae Moten was convicted after jury trial on one count of first degree murder (Pen. Code,1 § 187) and one count of felony child endangerment (§ 273a, subd. (1)). The victim of each offense was Moten's eight-week-old daughter. Moten was sentenced to prison for a term of 25 years...
