Marilyn Tate Harrell was convicted in the Amite County Circuit Court of the crime of accessory after the fact of robbery. She was sentenced to four (4) years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with one (1) year to serve and three (3) years of supervised probation, and ordered to pay a fine in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), together with costs of court.
