This appeal involves a dispute between Maxine Suess and Linda Needham over who is entitled to the proceeds of the sale of Needham's property. Suess argues that by virtue of an "alimony judgment" she obtained when she and Phillip, her ex-husband, were divorced in 1977, she obtained a judgment lien against his property. Twelve years after the judgment was entered, Suess sought to enforce that lien against Needham's proceeds of the sale of the property...
