In these related matters, two juvenile males, P.P. (No. 90-1754) and J.P. (No. 90-1755), appeal the district court's orders transferring them from juvenile to adult court for criminal prosecution pursuant to the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act, 18 U.S.C. § 5032 (1988).
