Plaintiff, Michael E. Penzell, filed a single-count complaint against defendant, Katherine S. Taylor, seeking recovery of $15,000 for payment on a written demand promissory note. Taylor filed a counterclaim seeking to enforce an alleged guarantee made by Penzell that Taylor would earn $200,000 during her first year of employment with Satellite Music Network, Inc. (Satellite) consisting of counts sounding in fraud...
