Shane Dunavin, claimant, seeks review of the order of the Industrial Claim Appeals Office (Panel) which affirmed the findings of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) that claimant's injury was not sustained in the course and scope of his employment, and which denied workers' compensation benefits. We affirm.
