I agree with the court's denial of appellant's petition for rehearing. However, appellant voices his concern that the court's opinion can be read to mean that, once a defendant requests a psychiatric evaluation, all delays in obtaining that evaluation are chargeable to the defendant for speedy trial purposes regardless of who caused...
