This case involves a claim by the purchasers of a house, with a defective foundation, against the listing agent and her broker. In June, 1987, Ralph and Christine Bane (the Sellers) retained Lynn Neathery to list their home. In August of that year, appellants, John and Janice Kubinsky, purchased this house from the Sellers.
