DUDLEY, Justice.

In 1982, the appellant was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. We affirmed. Mackey v. State, 279 Ark. 307, 651 S.W.2d 82 (1983). In 1985, the appellant filed a petition in this court to proceed for postconviction relief under A.R.Cr.P. Rule 37. We denied the petition. Mackey v. State, 286 Ark. 188
