Defendant-Appellant Brian Letica was convicted, following a court trial, of Attempted Criminal Deviate Conduct, a Class B felony, and received a sentence of 18 years. Letica also was convicted of Battery, a Class A misdemeanor, for which he was sentenced to one year and Battery, a Class B misdemeanor, for which he was sentenced to six months.
