Defendant, David Lee Crockett, filed a rule seeking a reduction in child support. The trial court denied the reduction, but suspended a portion of the support for six months. Defendant appealed asserting that the court should have modified child support in accordance with the guidelines set forth in LSA-R.S. 9:315 et seq.
