Therran L. Walstad entered a plea of no contest to a single count of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree, reserving the right to appeal the superior court's denial of his motion to suppress, in which Walstad challenged the state's evidence as the unlawful fruit of a violation of the psychotherapist-patient and communications with clergy privileges.
