This is another sentencing guidelines case. At a given moment in time, there were three separate criminal felony charges pending against the defendant in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida. The defendant went to trial on one charge (Case No. 89-7548) and the jury found him guilty. Thereafter, while Case No. 89-7548 was pending before the court for sentencing, the defendant appeared before the court for the purpose of entering pleas of guilty...
