Interfund Corporation ("Interfund") appeals a judgment entered against it in the amount of $200,000, in favor of First Interstate Bank of Arizona, N.A. ("First Interstate"). Interfund and First Interstate are competing creditors of Bentwood Farms, Inc. ("Bentwood"), a large Arabian horse farm near Waco, Texas.
