Petitioner John Staszak appeals from orders of the circuit court of Cumberland County in this marriage dissolution case, contending it was error for the trial court to enter a post-dissolution order granting respondent Cheryl Staszak actual custody of the parties' son, Jason, during the school year. Petitioner argues the pleadings that resulted in the contested custody order did not contain a prayer for the relief granted...
