OPINION

WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us on the defendants' appeal from a motion granting a declaratory judgment to the plaintiff, Aetna Casualty & Surety Company (Aetna). We affirm. The facts of the case insofar as they are pertinent to this appeal are as follows.
