Pursuant to a plea agreement, Mark A. Morrow pleaded guilty to two counts of a multicount superseding indictment. Specifically, he pleaded guilty to Count I charging him with engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise beginning on or about August 31, 1987, and continuing until January 12, 1988, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848.
